1. Shipping

Shipments are made by express courier.

Online persimmon boxes cannot be shipped outside the peninsula.

The boxes of kakis online will be sent within 24, 48 hours after placing the order, through express courier.

In a maximum of 48 hours, from leaving our facilities, your box of persimmons must be delivered in Spain, as a general rule. In the event that you are not at home, the transport agency will contact you by phone to arrange the delivery.

2. returns

If, upon receiving the package, you observe that the box has suffered any damage due to improper handling during transport, state this on the agency’s delivery note and reject the package. You have a period of 24 hours from the attempt to deliver the package to notify us of what happened.

Generally, the consumer has by law a period of fourteen business days to exercise their right of withdrawal or refund (Chapter II of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, of the General Law of Consumers and Users). In the case of perishable products, as is the case with our product, there is no right of withdrawal (article 45 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Retail Trade Organization).
