You have a period of 24 hours from the attempt to deliver the package to notify us of what happened.<\/p>\n<p>Generally, the consumer has by law a period of fourteen business days to exercise their right of withdrawal or refund (Chapter II of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, of November 16, of the General Law of Consumers and Users).
